Refunds Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your item(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover buyer's remorse, misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. This also does not cover wrong sized ordered or if you just do not like the "fit/feel" of the product. Except for the events as explicitly stated in this Policy, you will not be entitled for any refund.
Returns
* What items are returnable?
Items can be returned within 30 days from the delivered date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original labels, including any tags, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
* How to start a return?
To start a return, you should first contact us by emailing to service@lorled.com with title: Return request #xxxx (order ID). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by our customer service team.
* How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 3-5 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
* What do I need to provide to complete the return?
To complete your return, please include the following information:
1) Order number
2) Proof of purchase(or receipt)
3) Video or photo of the faulty items (if applicable)
4) Complete delivery address
5) Contact telephone number
Return requests that fail to provide the above information may be rejected.
Please note: before signing for your item(s), please check carefully whether the packaging is intact. If the package is delivered in a damaged/wet/deformed condition, please request a "Damage Report/Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier. This will be one of the very important materials for damage return and refund.
* Where can I return the item to ?
To return your item(s), please contact our Customer service at service@lorled.com to get the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs(and any related expenses) for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Because we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are not responsible for the risk of returned item.
* Can I exchange my item(s)?
We currently do not provide exchange service. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds (if applicable)
* When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, all refunds will be credited to your original form of payment, within a certain amount of days (Please note that all refunds will be done via electronic funds transfer, we do not provide any cash /cheque / DD refund).
If you have paid using a credit card, refund will be credited to your credit card account, within 5 to 7 business days.
If you have paid using debit card/internet banking, amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 to 14 business days.
However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time.
* Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Depending on your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Within two weeks, if you haven’t received a refund yet, Please check your bank account firstly.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.
