1. Are your products brand new or pre-owned?

We only sell brand new items.

2. Can you provide wholesale prices?

Yes. If you plan to buy in bulk then we can provide exclusive wholesale prices. The more you purchase, the cheaper. Purchasing in bulk, please contact email service@lorled.com.

* Payments

3. How can I pay?

For the moment, we accept PayPal as the only payment method, you can use Credit Cards(Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express), Debit Cards, PayPal Wallet, Bank Account Balance, E Check, and any other payment methods that PayPal supports to complete payment safely and securely. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you can complete the payment safely.

Advantages with using PayPal:

1) With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely on-line.
2) Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
3) We will not see your credit card number or bank information (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

All payments are processed with 256-bit SSL encryption for secure ordering.

4. How to complete payment with PayPal?

If you have a PayPal account, just checkout with PayPal and login to complete your purchase accordingly. You’ll be re-directed to PayPal’s secure website. Once your payment has been processed, you will be returned to www.lorled.com

If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry, once you check out, just click "Pay with debit or credit card" and then you can enter your credit card's or debit card's data directly at PayPal and complete your payment, you don't need to register a PayPal account neither. (as shown below)

5. Why can't I complete the payment with PayPal?

If you‘re unable to pay with PayPal:
1) Check with PayPal to see if your account has a transaction limit.
2) According to PayPal rules, the shipping address and the billing address must be in the same country, otherwise the payment will be declined.

6. Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer process the transaction.

7. How can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the order is shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by email: service@lorled.com. We can correct your shipping address, quantity of items, names, etc. But please note that we process and ship orders quickly, so any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled or make any changes.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof.

8. I placed an order, but why did I not receive the confirmation email?

Kindly check your Spam or Junk folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you are still unable to find it please contact us.

9. Where does my order ship from?

Our main fulfillment center is located in China. All orders are handled and shipped out partnered warehouses & factories located in China.

10. How do I track my order status?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Click here to track your order with the provided tracking number.

11. Why I check the tracking number, they said not available?

Please note that the tracking information may take 2-5 days to be updated in the courier system. For the package just shipped, the logistics information will not be updated in time. Please wait a few days before checking your order status.

12. How much is the shipping fees?

1) Standard Shipping: $5.62 USD (Order amount: $0.00 - $49.99)
2) Free Shipping: $0.00 USD(Order amount: $50.00 and up)

13. Do you offer free shipping?

We Do! Any order over $50 USD can enjoy free shipping in our website!

14. Do you ship worldwide?

Currently we only ship to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Australia, Canada, Greece

15.  How long will it take to receive my package?

We require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 6 to 18 business days.

Please note that there are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, sale seasons, extreme weather, insufficient inventory, etc) that may cause shipment and delivery postponements.

16. Is there any additional fee or tax?

All Order don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on the order checkout page, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost(If applicable).

17. What if the item(s) I received are incorrect/missing/defective/damaged?

Please contact us within 2 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect/missing/defective/damaged. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

18. What items are returnable?

- Items can be returned within 30 days from the delivered date.

- Items received should be unused, undamaged and in original package with all original labels.

- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost and any related expenses.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

19. Do you offer coupon codes?

Yes, we do! When we have the codes available for you to use, we will show them in the ANNOUNCEMENT BAR on the homepage. We run discounts and promotions on some major festivals, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

20. How do I use a discount code ?

If you have a discount coupon, when you go to “check out” page, you may find an option where you need to input the code, that's how you use it.
